The Brief
This recently completed house needed a new entryway to lead guests to the front door and create an inviting arrival point to the property. The clients needed a low-maintenance, minimalist garden that fitted in with their lifestyle and complemented the style of their new home.

Why We Chose These Plants
We designed this garden to establish an inviting entryway and guide guests to the front door.
Pittosporum Golf Ball was selected for its compact, rounded form, offering a neat and structured appearance. Lomandra Lime Tuff and Lomandra Tanika were chosen for their soft, grassy textures and minimal upkeep. Muehlenbeckia Axillaris provides a neat, ground-covering carpet that suppresses weed growth and fills in the spaces between the larger shrubs.
Phormium Emerald Green introduces bold, architectural lines, adding visual interest with its striking foliage. Scleranthus Biflorus offers a unique, dense texture, enhancing the minimalist and contemporary feel of the garden.
Pyrus Aristocrat anchors the house and creates a distinct arrival point. Five strategically placed trees in the entry garden frame the house and provide additional screening for the lawn area.
This garden design aligns with the home's modern style and the client's preference for a low-maintenance, minimalist approach, creating a welcoming and functional entryway that beautifully complements the property.
