We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy online and holds information that you share with us securely. We do not exchange any data on this website with any third party.

You may contact us at any time to determine what, if any, personal information that we hold.

Disputes / Refunds

If for any reason your product does not reach you in satisfactory order, we can arrange replacement or a full refund at your election.  Claims must be made within 3 days of goods arriving and damaged product will need to be returned to us before a refund or replacement can be arranged.

Delivery / Returns

Full payment must be received with all orders, before dispatch of goods.

All products will be dispatched no later than 10 days after payment has been made.  We will advise you when the product has been dispatched.   All goods should be received no later than 14 days after payment has been made for goods.

We cannot deliver items outside of New Zealand
