ThePlantStore.co.nz is strongly committed to protecting your privacy online and holds secure information that you share with us. ThePlantStore.co.nz  does not exchange any data on this with website with any third member.

You may contact us at any time to determine what, if any personal information that we hold.

Disputes / Refunds

If for any reason your product does not reach you in satisfactory order, contact us upon receiving the goods and a full refund will be made once the goods have been returned.

Delivery / Returns

  • Full payment must be received with all orders, before dispatch of goods.
  • All products will be dispatched no later than 10 days after payment has been made, you will be instructed of dispatch date after we have received payment. And all goods should be received no later than 14 days of payment being made for goods.
  • All damaged plants will either be refunded or replaced, which ever you (the customer) decides, claims must be made within 3 days of goods arriving, and will have to be returned to base for this to take place.
  • We cannot deliver items outside of New Zealand
