Frequently Asked Questions

March 2023 - We strive to have your plants to you within 14 days of ordering. With the current demand we are experiencing, along with the freight delays both in and out with disruptions to the North Island we would ask you to allow 21 days for your orders to be with you. We thank you so much for your patience at this interesting time.

We will send you a confirmation of order email when we process the order and this will have an estimated shipping date.

Yes. If you order $250 or more of products from our website we will deliver for free to most places in New Zealand.

For orders under $250, the following flat fee delivery options apply:

All of mainland New Zealand (Town/City Delivery) $19.95

All of mainland New Zealand (Rural Delivery) $39.95

*Promotional product may sometimes be at a reduced shipping rate.

If for any reason your product does not reach you in satisfactory order, we can arrange replacement or a full refund at your election. Claims must be made within 3 days of goods arriving and you must send a photo of the damaged plant to [email protected] for assessment.

No, we are an online store and we source our plants from all over New Zealand from the country's best growers. This gives us New Zealand’s biggest variety of plants, direct to you from us.

You may notice with certain plants there’s a few different grade variants. A pot or a PB. A pot and it’s size is pretty self-explanatory. A 2.5 litre pot is exactly that. A pot that has a volume of 2.5 litres. A PB, or pint bag, however is slightly different. A pint is 600ml, so if you see a PB5, it means it holds 5 pints of volume. 5 pints is roughly 2.8L.

Here are a list of most of the PB sizes we use and what volume they hold:

1L PB ¾
1.5L PB2
2L PB3
3L PB5
5L PB6.5
8L PB12
10L PB18
17L PB28
25L PB40
35L PB60
45L PB95

Considering we utilise a vast amount of plant growers, our availability is better than most. However, plants are seasonal, living breathing things and can be delayed by cool weather and other elements outside of our control. Generally, the best time of the year to purchase plants is late Winter to early Spring when availability is at its highest and is also the best time to plant.

There’s nothing worse than finding what you were looking for is out of stock. But the good news is, you can be notified when it’s back in stock as soon as we know. If you click on a product and it says it’s not in stock, there’s a button below called Notify Me.

Notify Me

Simply click this, put your email address in and click save. This way, as soon as the item is back in stock, you will be sent an email telling you it’s available for purchase again. You can add as many items as you like to your notifications list. For a quick look at your list, you can click the Notifications link at the top of any page.
