Cerastium tomentosum

Cerastium tomentosum is commonly known as Snow-in-Summer .It is native to Europe and Asia and typically grows to a height of about 15-20 cm and spreads to form a dense mat that can reach a diameter of up to 60-90 cm. The leaves are small, oval-shaped and covered in a dense layer of white hairs that give the plant a woolly appearance. The flowers are also small, about 1-2 cm in diameter, and have five white petals. It is a relatively compact and low-maintenance plant that is well-suited for use as a ground cover or in rock gardens.
