This hardy plant thrives in full sun to partial shade and prefers well-drained soil with moderate moisture. It is tolerant of coastal conditions and drought once established. Ideal for contemporary, coastal, and low-maintenance gardens, Dodonaea viscosa Variegata can be used in mixed borders, as a hedge, or due to it's resilience to various environmental conditions it is ideal for dune stabilisation and reforestation projects.
At maturity, this shrub reaches a height and spread of approximately 2.5m.
