Lantana montevidensis

Lantana Montevidensis, also known as Trailing Lantana, is a vibrant and versatile perennial that brings a burst of colour and fragrance to any garden. Celebrated for its clusters of small, tubular flowers that bloom in shades of purple with yellow and white throats, this plant is a pollinator magnet. This low-growing plant typically reaches a height of about 0.5m and can spread up to 1.5m. It's an excellent choice for ground cover, hanging baskets, or cascading over walls. With support, it can even climb. Thriving in full sun and sandy, slightly dry soil, it is also tolerant of coastal conditions like heat, humidity, and salt spray. It can even withstand light frosts.
