Ilex Blue Angel
Ilex x meserva Blue Angel. A stunning form of holly of large, dark-green, glossy leaves with a purple-blue hue to them, attached to dark-purple stems. Small ,white flowers bloom in spring which, if pollinated, produce bright-red, shiny berries. These will remain on the plant until early to mid-spring. Position in full sun to semi-shade. Use as a specimen or clip to form a small hedge or screen. Hardy. Evergreen. 2.5m x 2m.
