Notify MeGardenia 'Lacey Lady' is a compact, evergreen shrub known for its beautifully scented, semi-double white flowers and lush, deep green foliage. Flowering from late spring through summer, the blooms are highly fragrant and contrast elegantly with the plant’s glossy leaves. With a naturally rounded, tidy form reaching around 60-80 cm high and wide, it’s ideal for containers, borders, and small garden spaces in cottage, subtropical, or scented garden styles.
Plant in full sun to partial shade with free-draining, acidic, humus-rich soil. Protect from frost and cold, drying winds. Space plants 50-60 cm apart for low hedging or clustered plantings. Water consistently during dry periods and feed regularly with a fertiliser for acid-loving plants. Mulch annually to retain moisture and improve soil health. Lightly prune after flowering to maintain a neat shape.

Pest Control: Watch for aphids, whiteflies, mealybugs, and scale insects, especially on new growth. Treat with insecticidal soap or neem oil if needed.
