It produces large buds in winter which open up into large rose-pink flowers in early spring, giving a spectacular show. The main feature of this beautiful camellia is the twisted, curly branches. It grows well in semi-shade or shade and prefers acid soils. A great low-maintenance, evergreen shrub. Plant away from cold winter winds and morning sun. Grows to a height of 1.5m.
