Notify MeA truly outstanding plant - An evergreen Jacob's Ladder has striking, finely variegated foliage. Blue flower spikes emerge in late summer. Foliage clumps 30cms high x 40cms wide, flower spikes up to 1.2m tall. Group plantings look amazing in the sun to semi shade for best effect.
