Heuchera Berry Smoothie

Heuchera Berry Smoothie is a striking evergreen perennial grown for its large, ruffled foliage in rich berry-pink tones that intensify with the seasons - the foliage emerges as a bright rose-pink in spring and darkens to a purplish-rose colour in summer. Delicate sprays of small cream-white flowers are held on slender stems above the foliage from late spring into summer, adding soft contrast and attracting pollinators. Its colourful leaves provide year-round interest in shaded garden spaces.

Garden uses: Ideal for borders, woodland plantings, underplanting trees and shrubs, containers and mixed perennial displays. It complements cottage, woodland and contemporary gardens.

Preferred garden area: Plant in partial shade or full shade, or in full sun where the soil remains consistently moist. Prefers fertile, well-drained soil with moderate moisture. Allow approximately 35–45 cm between plants.

Mature size: Forms a neat, colourful mound approximately 35–45 cm high and 45–50 cm wide.
