Cerastium Yo Yo

Cerastium Yo Yo is a captivating variety of the Cerastium plant, also known as Snow-in-Summer, beloved for its showy display. This hardy, fast-growing perennial groundcover is adorned with tiny, silvery-green leaves, which create a striking contrast against its bright white flowers. These flowers make a grand appearance in late spring to early summer, resembling a flurry of snowflakes, hence the plant's common name. The Cerastium Yo Yo thrives in full sun to partial shade, and prefers well-drained soil. Upon reaching maturity, it typically achieves a height of around 10-15 cm, while spreading to around 30-45 cm wide. Its ability to withstand drought and poor soil conditions, combined with its eye-catching appearance, makes it an excellent choice for rock gardens, borders, and ground cover.
