Festuca Ovina Glauca, also known as Sheep Fescue, is a small perennial grass with blueish foliage. Light-green flowers tinged with purple. Low maintenance, compact, rounded mound. Prefers moist, well-drained soils of rich to average fertility in full sun, but is tolerant of dry soils, poor soils.
