Its narrow green leaves are edged with bright golden-yellow, providing year-round interest, even when the plant is not flowering. Ideal for modern, cottage, or coastal gardens, Golden Drop thrives in full sun and well-drained soils. It is drought-tolerant once established and works beautifully in borders, containers, or as a low-maintenance groundcover. Space plants 20–30 cm apart for a neat, compact display.
Mature size: Grows up to 20–30 cm in height and width, forming a small, tidy mound.
Trimming: Cut back foliage in late autumn or winter once it has died back naturally. Remove any yellowing or damaged leaves during the growing season to maintain a tidy appearance.
Deadheading: Remove spent flower stems after flowering to encourage further blooms and prevent self-seeding, especially if managing invasive tendencies.

Disease Management: Agapanthus are generally disease-resistant but may develop root rot in poorly draining soil. Ensure soil is well-draining and avoid overwatering.
