Easy to grow and disease-free in a wide range of climates. It is a vigorous grower, producing all year round and is a chef's favourite. It grows best in partial shade, in a cool to warm climate. It does need plenty of food and water. This variety is slightly bigger and is evergreen, with the stems staying red when cooked.
