Olive El Greco
The Olea El Greco variety is a medium-sized tree that can grow up to 6-8m in height and 4-6m in width. The leaves of the Olea El Greco tree are small and elongated, with a deep green colour on top and a silver underside. The tree produces small, fragrant white flowers in spring, but will rarely produce fruit in the New Zealand climate so it is a variety mostly used for ornamental purposes. Regular watering during the growing season is necessary, and pruning is typically required to maintain the tree's shape and size.
