Conditions for growing this plant outdoors are favourable in the sub-tropical far north of New Zealand. However, those living in frost-prone areas, where plants are exposed to long cold spells, should plant Coffea Arabica inside.To ensure an ample harvest, apply fertiliser regularly, especially during growing periods. For container plants, use a good quality potting mix with a low concentration fertiliser.
