Apple Prisellia - Bare-Rooted

Malus domestica Prisellia is a compact, deciduous apple tree bred for high performance in small spaces. Noted as one of the most disease-resistant varieties available, it is a strong candidate for organic growing. This dwarf selection produces medium-sized, red-blushed apples with fine-quality flesh that is crisp, sweet, and aromatic, well suited for fresh eating or juicing. Soft pink and white flowering appears in Spring, signalling the start of the fruiting season.

Ideal for edible gardens, urban orchards, or container growing, Malus domestica Prisellia thrives in a sunny, sheltered position with well-drained soil. It is partially self-fertile but will yield more heavily with a compatible pollinator nearby. Reaches approximately 2-2.5 metres tall and 1.5-2 metres wide, making it an excellent choice for compact, productive spaces.

What is a bare-rooted tree?

Bare-rooted trees are deciduous trees that have been grown in the ground and are dug up when they've become dormant in the winter. The soil is shaken from their roots and they are bundled up with their roots packed in moist material to prevent dehydration during transport.
