Astelia Silver Shadow

Astelia Silver Shadow is a selected form of the New Zealand Native Astelia chathamica . Astelia Silver Shadow maintains the striking silver foliage that will create real interest in the garden. Astelias are very easy to look after and suit a variety of sites, from full sun to shade, dry to wet, with the favoured spot being part shade with moist well draining soil. Astelia Silver Shadow works well in a pot and looks great planted on mass or just one dotted in the garden to attract the eye. A great choice for an exposed coastal site.

Astelia Silver Shadow grows to a height of 1m and clumps out to 1.2m in width.
