Platanus orientalis. This stately, long-lived tree develops a spectacular, wide spreading head of branches. The bark flakes, to give a dappled appearance and the leaves are deeply-cut into elongated finger-like lobes. It is pollution tolerant meaning it is great as a street tree. Evergreen, grows to 7 x 5m.
