Pieris Purity

Pieris japonica Purity is a compact, rounded, evergreen shrub grown for its early display of urn-shaped, spring flowers. This is a striking cultivar, bearing pale-green foliage that becomes dark green in summer with contrasting bright pure-white flowers, borne on panicles. 

It's perfect for growing in a shrub border or woodland area.

A hardy plant that can grow in a sheltered, partially-shaded spot in moist but well-drained, acidic soil. To get the most out of this plant mulch annually with the likes of well-rotted pine needles. Remove faded flowers and frost-damaged foliage in late spring.
