Gardenia Veitchii

Gardenia jasminoides Veitchii, often referred to as the Everblooming Gardenia, is a popular evergreen shrub recognised for its attractive, dark-green, glossy leaves and intensely fragrant, double white flowers. The flowers, which emerge from late spring through to early autumn, are a particular draw for this plant, filling the air with a sweet, unmistakable scent. Ideally, it prefers a spot in part shade with well-drained, acidic soil. With a moderate growth rate, it typically reaches a mature size of around 1.5 to 2 metres in height and spread.
