Carmichaelia odorata
Carmichaelia odorata is a shrub with many flattened green twigs in fans. The twigs are 1-2mm wide, with a wavy edge. The leaves carry 1-7 leaflets, scattered along twigs but absent from older branches. It has small, fragrant flowers that are pea-like in shades of white and purple, clustered in erect, short spikes. It fruits with a small, dry, sharp-tipped pod containing 1-3 hard seeds. Grows up to 3-8m × 2-3 m.
