Aster Plenty

Aster novi-belgii Plenty, also known as Michaelmas daisies, is a beautiful daisy-like perennial that produces large powder puff blue flowers with yellow eyes that are slightly larger than some of other Aster varieties. It requires well-drained soil in a full sun position to thrive and in return will reward you with wonderful colour deep into summer/autumn when other plants in the garden are fading. In favourable conditions, asters will grow up to 1m tall making them excellent for cutting too. They will continue to attract bees and butterflies long after most other flowers have disappeared.
