This Ajuga produces glossy green leaves with purple margins. Lilac blue flowers emerge during the spring. Tolerates most soil types, but prefers moist conditions. Grows to a height of 25cm and a spread of 1 – 2 metres. It makes an excellent groundcover or border plant.
