Peach Bonanza

Peach Bonanza is a dwarf peach tree known for its compact growth, making it ideal for small gardens or growing in containers. This variety produces full-sized, sweet peaches with a juicy yellow flesh and attractive red-blushed yellow skin. In spring the tree produces pink flowers, adding ornamental value before fruiting. It thrives in full sun, requiring at least 6 to 8 hours of direct sunlight daily, and prefers well-draining, loamy soil enriched with organic matter.

This self-pollinating tree does not necessarily need another tree to produce fruit, making it a convenient choice for limited spaces. Typically, Bonanza begins to bear fruit within 3 to 4 years after planting. Pruning can be done for shaping and controlling size, especially in late winter before new leaves emerge. The tree also demands regular watering, particularly during the initial weeks after planting, to establish a healthy root system.

Typically grows to a height of about 2m with a similar spread.
