Hebe James Stirling. Dense, spreading, whipcord shrub with rich, golden-brown stems. Its olive-green to brownish-ochre leaves are almost overlapping and give this shrub the most attractive appearance. White flowers are densely packed on branch tips. Grow in full sun/part-shade. Does best in moist soils. Hardy to cold. Height 40cm, width 90cm
