Humulus l. Hallertau, commonly known as hops, is a Bavarian-style hop.  This vigorous, deciduous climber is slightly fruity/spicy with mild aroma. Used to produce pale ale. Likes a full sun environment with well-drained soil. Harvest during summer/ early autumn. Grows to 6-10m high and 1-2m wide.
