Camellia Brushfield's Yellow

Although the name suggests that this camellia should have a yellow flower it surprisingly hasn't!  However it does not disappoint. White outer petals open to show a pale-yellow centre in winter. Dark glossy green leaves thoughout the rest of the year make for an attractive shrub. Position in semi-shade in moist, well-drained soil. Little maintenance is required though it can be trimmed to shape or into a hedge. Hardy. Evergreen. 2m x 1.5m.
