Hebe Margaret. The cultivar Hebe Margaret is a dwarf, evergreen shrub with a rounded, compact habit, about 30–45 cm high and more across. The small, lance-shaped leaves are a bright, shiny green. In mid-summer to early autumn it has a profusion of long-lived spikes of lilac-blue flowers which fade to white.
