Once established, this hardy plant is relatively drought-tolerant, but regular watering during dry periods will help it thrive. Space plants about 50 cm apart to allow for their clumping habit, ensuring air circulation and room for growth.
At full maturity, Agapanthus Snowball reaches around 50 to 60 cm in height, with a similar spread. Its compact size and dense foliage make it an excellent choice for smaller gardens or tight spaces, while its rounded clusters of white flowers provide a dazzling display in the summer months.

Trimming: Trim back any dead or damaged leaves as needed to keep the plant looking neat. After flowering, cut spent flower stalks down to the base to maintain the plant's appearance.

Fertilising: Feed with a balanced, slow-release fertiliser in early spring. A second application during the flowering season can support ongoing growth and flowering.
Watering: Water regularly during the establishment phase and during extended dry periods. Ensure the soil is well-draining to prevent root rot.
Pest Control: Keep an eye out for common pests such as snails and slugs, which can damage the leaves. Use organic slug pellets or hand-pick to control them.
Disease Management: Watch for signs of fungal diseases like root rot, which can be caused by poorly draining soil. Ensure proper drainage and avoid overwatering. If root rot occurs, remove affected parts and improve soil conditions.
