Fertilising: Apply a balanced, slow-release fertiliser in early spring to promote healthy growth. Avoid over-fertilising, which can lead to excessive foliage growth and weaker branches.
Watering: Water regularly during the first year to help establish the plant. Once established, Juniperus taxifolia lutchuensis is drought-tolerant but benefits from occasional deep watering during prolonged dry spells.
