Ceanothus roweanus. When this evergreen shrub is in full flower in spring it is hard to see the foliage amongst the brilliant blue flower heads. Stunning. The foliage is dark green and has a neat and tidy habit. Likes the sun and protection from harsh wind and frost. Trim after flowering if required. H/W = 2m x 1.5m.
