Peach Pixzee - Bare-Rooted

Peach Pixzee is an enchanting dwarf variety, ideal for small garden spaces and container cultivation. Despite its compact size, this tree produces an impressive yield of medium-sized peaches, renowned for their sweet flavour and juicy texture. The fruits boast a lovely golden-yellow skin with a red blush, making them as visually appealing as they are delightful to taste.

Perfectly suited for urban gardens and patios, Pixzee thrives in full sun, which is crucial for optimal fruit development. It prefers well-drained, fertile soil and needs consistent watering, particularly during the fruiting period to ensure healthy growth and plentiful harvests. This variety is self-fertile, meaning it does not require another peach tree to pollinate.

It typically grows to a height of about 1 to 1.5 metres with a similar spread, making it an excellent choice for those with limited space or for growing in large containers.

What is a bare-rooted tree?

Bare-rooted trees are deciduous trees that have been grown in the ground and are dug up when they've become dormant in the winter. The soil is shaken from their roots and they are bundled up with their roots packed in moist material to prevent dehydration during transport. 

What are the benefits?
